【軟心原味巴斯克芝士蛋糕】
巴斯克芝士蛋糕喺2019年被紐約時報評選爲年度甜品後，台灣、日本等地方都興起呢個源於西班牙，好似焗燶咗嘅蛋糕。

Creamcheese係芝士蛋糕其中一個重要嘅材料。市面上creamcheese有好多唔同嘅牌子，但其實都可以好大分別㗎～ 例如酸啲、creamy啲、清啲、硬啲…… 同一個recipe用唔同牌子整出黎真係差好遠！所以，我哋唔同口味嘅芝士蛋糕，會用唔同嘅creamcheese。希望用最適合嘅材料，將傳統嘅芝士蛋糕昇華昇華再昇華！

以我哋CheeseLSin嘅軟心原味巴斯克芝士蛋糕黎講：
原味可以食到最原始既味道。我哋選用質感軟滑、偏creamy嘅creamcheese。蛋糕中間部分略帶軟心，口感綿密順滑，食落有啲似濃郁版嘅焦糖燉蛋！
